25M Yoke Carry Down (RX 265/205)(Masters/Intermediate 225/185) (Novice Male 165 yoke/Novice Female Farmers Carry 53 lb KBS)
10 Slamball Ground Over Shoulder (RX/Masters 100/70) (Intermediate 70/50) (Novice 50/40) ***Ball starts from the ground each rep. Athlete must extend hips and knees before dropping the mass of the ball over either shoulder.
25M Yoke Carry Back (Same weights)
Once athlete 1 completes the round, athlete 2 starts. Teams alternate athletes until 9 minutes are complete.
